How to Return ?
You can return any items you are not satisfied with by sending it back to the My Romance Hub warehouse.
To return items to the My Romance Hub warehouse, simply email us and we will send you a returns form, fill it out and post it to us, along with the item(s) you are returning, and your original Confirmation Email.
Please note: All items returned back to the My Romance Hub warehouse will be refunded. Items must be in purchased condition, with tags and packaging as it was received. Items must not be worn, dirty or damaged in any way.

How will you be refunded ?
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card *please ensure you send your original Confirmation Email with the item. If your order was placed using a My Romance Hub Gift Card the refund amount will be put back onto a new My Romance Hub Gift Card with a 36 month validity.
Shipping fees are refundable on faulty or damaged product only. We will refund up to $9.50 in delivery fees.
